All Darkstar wheels made with Master Urethane are guaranteed for NO FLATSPOTS. Please read the warranty coverage and fill out the requested info below to complete the registration process.

WARRANTY COVERAGE
All Darkstar wheels made with Master Urethane are guaranteed against manufacturer defects and flat spotting for a period of 120 days from the date of purchase, or within the first 5% of wear from the original wheel size (whichever comes first). Flat spots are defined as a flat area on the riding surface of the wheel. This means that Darkstar will replace your newly purchased Darkstar wheels if there are defects in materials or manufacturing. This is the only condition covered by the Darkstar warranty. No other warranty is expressed or implied.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

• Darkstar Wheels made from 99A Solid Urethane
• Wheels with over 5% wear from the original size
• Improper installation of accessories
• Intentional flatspotting
• Normal wear and abuse, including:
• Riding surface wear from sliding or rolling
• Edge chipping from ground, curb or walls
• Discoloration from exposure to sunlight

TO ACTIVATE THIS WARRANTY YOU MUST DO THE FOLLOWING
1. Complete the below registration form within 15 days from the date of purchase (or you can fill out the warranty card included in the packaging and mail to Darkstar within 15 days from the date of purchase).
2. If you have problems with your Darkstar wheels and want to return them, return the defective wheels with a copy of the sales receipt to Darkstar:

3. DO NOT RETURN WHEELS TO RETAIL STORE FROM WHICH YOU PURCHASED. Wheels must be returned to Darkstar only.

NOTE: FOR LONGEST LAST, ROTATE WHEELS EVERY TWO WEEKS!
